Google's real-time search is now live.
To access it, click the [+ Show Options] button at the top of the search results screen. Then, click the Latest option. Click [- Hide Options] to hide the left column. Real-time results will now be visible in your searches.
Matt Cutts has lots of detailed information about this, such as how Google handles processing the more 1 billion real-time documents per day, and how PageRank factors in to real-time search.
