Smith Optics, the leaders in motorsport goggle technology were named the official eyewear of the 2010
CMRC Monster Energy Motocross Nationals, now underway in Canada. In its 18th year, the CMRC Monster Energy Motocross Nationals is the largest motosport competition in Canada, the equivalent to the AMA Motocross Series here in the United States.
This honor is only the latest in Smith Optics' stream of achievements. Last year,
Smith Optics was named REI's 2009 Vendor Partner of the Year, cited by REI as standing out “for its commitment to our partnership, shared values, product inspiration and innovation, and outstanding financial results in an extraordinarily challenging year. Smith excelled as a true partner in every sense of the word – making exceptional efforts to listen and engage with us so they truly understand REI and our members’ needs.”
In November of 2009, Utah Lieutenant Governer Greg Bell presented the “Utah Manufacturer of the Year” Award to Smith Optics and, in December of 2007, Smith Optics won the “Best of Adventure Gear” Award by National Geographic Adventure.
This month, Tecture launched the new custom developed Smith Optics website and also implemented its new product filtering guide to showcase its wide array of sportswear.
