Malerie Kaplan is a 4 year veteran at Tecture, beginning back in 2008 as a hired intern. Malerie was brought on full-time after her graduation from the Illinois Institute of Art where she studied Interactive Media and Design. Aside from continuing to learn new technologies at Tecture, Malerie also brings her experience as a lead application developer at a Chicago daily deal website, single-handedly managing and developing new features for almost 2 years.
Malerie has a keen interest in learning new craftsman skills including woodworking, cooking, electronics, and more recently, wine making. She also enjoys laughing. Like, a lot.
